NO PURCHASE OR DONATION NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR DONATION WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.
1. Sponsor
The 76ers Ticket Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is sponsored and administered by the Mock Family Foundation (“MFF”), a Pennsylvania nonprofit corporation recognized as tax-exempt under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code (“Sponsor”).
This Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with the Philadelphia 76ers, the National Basketball Association (“NBA”), or any of their respective affiliates.
2. Giveaway Period
The Giveaway begins on September 2, 2026 and ends on September 13, 2026 at 12:00 PM Eastern Time (“Giveaway Period”).
Entries received outside of the Giveaway Period are not eligible.
Sponsor’s records will serve as the official timekeeping method for the Giveaway.
3. Eligibility
The Giveaway is open to legal residents of Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Delaware who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Employees, officers, directors, and immediate family or household members of the Sponsor are not eligible to enter or win.
The Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.
4. How to Enter
During the Giveaway Period, visit THEMOCK5K.ORG OR MOCK5K.ORG and complete the Giveaway entry form by providing the requested information, including your name and email address.
No purchase or donation is necessary to enter or win.
Limit one (1) entry per person during the Giveaway Period.
A purchase, donation, registration for The Mock 5K, or attendance at The Mock 5K will not increase an entrant’s chances of winning.
Multiple entries submitted by the same individual may be disqualified.
Automated, fraudulent, incomplete, inaccurate, or otherwise improper entries may be disqualified at Sponsor’s discretion.
5. Email Communications
Information submitted through the Giveaway entry form may be used by the Sponsor to administer the Giveaway, verify entries, and contact the potential winner.
Where an entrant separately consents to receiving promotional or marketing communications from the Mock Family Foundation, the Sponsor may also send information regarding Foundation programs, stories and resources, events, opportunities to get involved, future giveaways, and other Foundation updates.
Entrants may unsubscribe from promotional emails at any time.
Agreeing to receive promotional communications is not required to enter or win the Giveaway, and unsubscribing will not affect an entrant’s eligibility or chances of winning.
6. Prize
One (1) winner will receive:
Two (2) tickets to a Philadelphia 76ers game.
The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the prize is $950 total ($475 per ticket).
The specific game, seat location, ticket-delivery method, and applicable ticket terms and restrictions will be determined by the tickets being awarded.
The prize does not include transportation, parking, lodging, food, beverages, or any other expenses associated with attending the game unless expressly stated by Sponsor.
The prize has no cash alternative and may not be substituted by the winner.
Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable for circumstances outside Sponsor’s reasonable control.
7. Winner Selection and Odds
One (1) potential winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period.
The drawing will take place on or about September 13, 2026.
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
Purchasing merchandise, registering for The Mock 5K, attending an MFF event, or making a donation to the Mock Family Foundation will not increase an entrant’s chances of winning.
8. Winner Notification
The potential winner will be contacted using the email address or other contact information provided with the winning entry.
The potential winner must respond within the timeframe stated in Sponsor’s notification.
If the potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within the specified timeframe, is determined to be ineligible, declines the prize, or fails to provide any required documentation, the potential winner may be disqualified.
In that event, Sponsor may select an alternate potential winner at random from the remaining eligible entries.
9. Winner Verification and Documentation
Before receiving the prize, the potential winner may be required to provide information or documentation reasonably necessary to verify eligibility and document acceptance of the prize, which may include:
Full legal name;
Valid government-issued photo identification;
Proof of age;
Proof of residency;
A signed eligibility and prize acceptance/release form; and
Tax information or documentation if required by applicable law.
The potential winner will not be considered the official winner until Sponsor has verified eligibility and any required documentation has been completed.
10. Taxes
The winner is solely responsible for any federal, state, or local taxes or other costs arising from the acceptance or use of the prize.
Sponsor may request information or documentation reasonably necessary to satisfy any applicable tax-reporting obligations.
11. Ticket and Prize Conditions
Tickets are subject to all terms, conditions, restrictions, policies, and rules imposed by the ticket issuer, venue, Philadelphia 76ers, NBA, and/or applicable ticketing platform.
Sponsor is not responsible for a postponed, rescheduled, relocated, suspended, or canceled game or for circumstances affecting the winner’s ability to attend.
Lost, stolen, damaged, or improperly transferred tickets may not be replaced.
Sponsor does not guarantee that the winner or the winner’s guest will be able to attend the applicable game.
12. Publicity
Except where prohibited by law, Sponsor may identify the confirmed winner by name in connection with announcing the results of the Giveaway, including through the Mock Family Foundation’s website, email communications, and social media channels.
Any broader use of the winner’s photograph, likeness, testimonial, personal story, or other identifying content will be subject to any additional consent required by applicable law.
13. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, unauthorized intervention, errors, or other circumstances beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control compromise the integrity, administration, security, fairness, or proper operation of the Giveaway.
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual Sponsor reasonably determines has attempted to tamper with the entry process, circumvent these Official Rules, submit fraudulent or duplicate entries, interfere with the legitimate operation of the Giveaway, or otherwise obtain an unfair advantage.
Sponsor’s decisions regarding the administration of the Giveaway, eligibility, winner selection, and interpretation of these Official Rules are final to the extent permitted by applicable law.
14. Release and Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Mock Family Foundation and its officers, directors, employees, volunteers, representatives, and agents from claims arising out of participation in the Giveaway or the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the prize, except where such release is prohibited by law.
Nothing in these Official Rules is intended to waive any rights that cannot legally be waived.
15. Privacy
Personal information collected in connection with the Giveaway will be used to administer the Giveaway, verify eligibility, contact the potential winner, fulfill the prize, and otherwise as permitted by these Official Rules and applicable law.
Promotional communications will be handled separately as described in Section 5.
16. Winner Information
Following confirmation of the winner, Sponsor may announce the winner through the Mock Family Foundation’s website, social media accounts, and/or email communications.
17. Governing Law
The Giveaway and these Official Rules are governed by applicable federal law and, to the extent applicable, the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where the laws of another jurisdiction are required to apply.
