Danica Mock is a human resources leader with more than a decade of experience building people-centered workplace programs, strengthening organizational culture, and supporting employees through life's most significant moments. Following the unexpected loss of her husband, Geoffrey, she experienced firsthand the financial and practical challenges faced by young widowed families during the earliest months of grief.
Recognizing a critical gap in immediate support for surviving spouses with young children, she founded the Mock Family Foundation to help ease the financial burden of loss, allowing families to focus on healing, stability, and their children during the most difficult chapter of their lives.

Paul Latino is a real estate management professional with more than 10 years of experience in property investment, portfolio strategy, and client advisory services. As Senior Real Estate Manager at DiRoberto Group, he works with a large network of investors, brokers, and clients to evaluate development opportunities, manage real estate assets, and implement strategies that maximize long-term investment performance.
Paul holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Finance from Assumption University and is a licensed real estate professional in Florida and Massachusetts. Beyond his professional work, he is committed to community service, mentoring students and volunteering with organizations including the Special Olympics, Food for the poor, and disaster recovery efforts
Charles DeWalt is a Sergeant with the Gloucester Township Police Department in New Jersey, where he has served since 2012. Over the course of his career, he has held assignments in Patrol, the Operations Response Unit, and the Juvenile and Family Services Bureau, with a strong focus on community engagement and youth outreach. He currently serves as Special Projects Unit Commander and as the department’s African American Liaison, helping strengthen relationships between law enforcement and the communities they serve.
Outside of policing, Charles co-founded Tiny Dribblers, a youth basketball development program for children ages 2–8 focused on confidence, mentorship, and foundational skills. He and his wife are proud parents of two and are deeply committed to investing in the next generation.
